"Before the Play" Photos

Presenting class plays was a big part of the well-rounded education at SAS.  For many years each class worked together to present a class play.  Everyone in the class had a job to do from gathering props to memorizing lines for leading roles, to directing the whole play;  and there were always four main things to "perfect" before "Curtain Time."  Pictured here, rehearsing, are Ken Lamont, Hap Kingman, Tony Arroyo, Fred Ikard and Mike Manning.  Building the set are George Niznik and Clif Rodrigues. In costume is Tom Messner. All are Class of '58.  The other photos are from the '50s, '60s, and '70s.
